Our night guards are digitally designed and 3D printed to provide reliable protection against bruxism and clenching. Combining advanced digital technology with meticulous hand-finishing, each appliance is fabricated for a precise fit, lasting comfort, and dependable durability.
/MATERIALS
Our night guards are fabricated using a biocompatible, high-strength 3D-printing resin designed specifically for long-term intraoral use. Every appliance is printed in-house, then individually inspected, adjusted, and polished by hand before delivery.
Fabrication Workflow
Each case begins with either a digital scan or a conventional impression. The appliance is designed in CAD software to ensure accurate adaptation to the patient’s dentition and occlusion.
Once the design is complete, the night guard is 3D printed in-house, carefully verified, hand-finished, and polished to provide a comfortable fit and a smooth, high-quality finish.
