Big cases tend to give us issues if a proper protocol is not followed. In this case the clinician started off by asking oralzone for a digital waxup which we 3D printed. We then made 2 precision putties in lab. The clinician proceeded to use one of the putties as a cutting guide and the other to make intra oral temporaries. Once the clinician made the minor intra oral adjustments, he then proceeded to take a 3d scan of the adjusted temporaries. We at oralzone followed these adjustments and proceeded to the in house milling of the crowns. Our artists then put their finishing touches by adding porcelain on the buccal and making sure to have a lingual polished area to minimize antagonist tooth wear.
